▶Product Return policy
There is a limited return policy for returned goods.If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to handle it. We will not provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind about a product you have purchased. As Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed, It may over value than goods,pls kindly calm down for it.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods.
•If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us and return the product only within 7 days of purchase. No return will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.Upon receipt of the returned product we will assess its condition before authorising a refund or exchange. In case of exchange, a replacement product will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned product in saleable condition.
Cancelling an Order
•In some instances it may not be possible to offer you a replacement if the product is out of stock or discontinued. In this instance you will be entitled to a refund instead.
•Orders can only be cancelled prior to the product being shipped. If you have cancelled the order before the product has been dispatched to you, we will offer you a full refund less a cancellation fee, according to the following conditions:
Credit card payments: The cancellation fee will be 10% and will be made to the
payment card used to make the purchase.
Cheque or bank transfer payments: The order cancellation fee is 5% and will be made
by cheque only.
•In the instance that we are unable to dispatch an order to you within the time frame stated when placing your order and you then decide to cancel your order as a result, the cancellation fee will not apply.
•In the case of a refund for faulty goods, the product purchase will be refunded directly to the payment card used to make the purchase if the payment was made using a credit card. If payment was made via cheque or bank transfer, the refund will be made by cheque or bank transfer accordingly.
Product Damage in Shipment
•Please note that while we take the utmost care in packaging your product, we are not liable for any breakages or damage that occurs to your product during shipping. Shipping and handling costs will be your responsibility and reimbursed by the local express agent. – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.
Damaged by Misoperation.
Read the Product Introduction prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly. We will not accept any Good Refund or Returned caused by Misoperations

It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered .

It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
